Our community is a private and tranquil oasis, centrally located in the heart of Pleasure Island. One side faces the beautiful ocean, while the other is surrounded by wonderful neighbors who enjoy stunning sunset views. We cherish and respect our community, as most of us are in semi-retirement.

Our condo is the largest and highest unit in the community with a double porch facing the ocean and a huge loft to have enough space for young and old.
