Named after the beach, café, and paddleboard rental outfit, Waterman's Retreat offers guests the best of all seasons in Lake Tahoe considering you can easily walk to so many desirable places including one of the few dog friendly beaches (Watermans Landing), Gar Woods Grill & Pier, the great breakfast spot the Old Post Office Cafe, Magic Carpet mini golf, and downtown Carnelian Bay. The condo has a bright feel because it is an end unit, so it has more windows, and features updated furniture appointments, and multiple living spaces to spread out a group.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
