I began visiting Martha's Vineyard over thirty years ago. I rented homes and B&Bs for many years before purchasing this loverly seaside retreat. I have been very intentional about making the condo comfortable and inviting, and I am delighted to share this dream location with you.

Martha's Vineyard is a wonderful place to visit in the spring, summer, fall, and winter.

This lovely seaside retreat is an ideal place from which to experience all that the island has to offer.

This beach front condo is a gem and an ideal location from which to experience this magical island. The condo offers a spectacular view of the morning sunrise and the pristine waters of the Nantucket Sound.

Imagine awaking each day to the sun rising over the ocean or walking out of the property and onto the trail that enables you to walk, jog, or bike along the sea coast.

You can cross the street to take advantage of the Inkwell beach, and there is a park that is adjacent to the property. You can also walk a few blocks along the water to the heart of the town where you will find restaurants, shops and the historic Ocean Park. The property is just a short distance from State Beach and the famous Jaws bridge, and it's in close proximity to the adjoining towns of Vineyard Haven and Edgartown.

If you drive, the rental includes parking for one car. If you come without a car, the unit is in walking distance of the heart of Oak Bluffs. Local buses stop near the property, and you are able to use public transportation to travel throughout the island.

Location, Location, Location!

The condo's beach front location and proximity to Circuit Avenue make the Vineyard experience even more spectacular.

You can take a short walk along the beach to the picturesque Ocean Park, and stroll into the center of town to the arcade, pizza and ice cream parlors, the famous Back Door Donuts, or simply stroll Circuit Avenue. There are parks, play grounds, and basketball courts within a few blocks of the unit. The Inkwell Beach is literally in front of the condo, and the very popular State Beach is just down the road.

The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo, and each bedroom has its own full bathroom. There is an air conditioner in the master bedroom, ceiling fans, and an amazing ocean breeze that flows through the unit.

There is a very comfortable chaise lounge, rocking chair, and full size sofa daybed in the living room for relaxing, watching television, watching the sunrise, or napping during the day. You can also grab the beach chairs from the unit, relax, or have dinner on the beach.

The Oak Bluffs ferry location is just a few blocks away! You can actually walk to the ferry when arriving or departing if you have rolling luggage.
