• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser & closet
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms with fresh towels and essentials
• Living Room: Open-concept with Smart TV, plush sofa, fireplace, and patio access
• Dining Area: Indoor dining table seats 6
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, blender, coffee maker, and cooking basics
Outdoor Features
• Private Pool & Spa: Relax in your own backyard oasis (pool heat available for $60/day with 24–48 hours’ notice)
• Outdoor Lounge Area: Furnished patio with lounge chairs and dining table

We do - guests have access to their own private pool & jacuzzi with outdoor lights for the perfect evening swim.

Pets are not allowed.

The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 2 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.
