This house was fantastic! The accommodations were exactly as advertised. My husband & I enjoyed our stay. Todd was an excellent host and checked in with us throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, beds were very comfortable and the pool was perfect. It was a great place to unwind. We will definitely book again!

Great mid century home! Nicely appointed and updated. The walled pool was a real treat. Staying there is an immersion into a beautiful slice of the late 50’s California dream. Todd is a particularly gracious host who makes his guests feel cared for but is not obtrusive in the least. I will definitely return.

Great place to rent. Clean, quiet and convenient. No surprises or any letdown upon seeing the place, it really is nice. The backyard is wonderful for hanging out, I wish we had done that more. In addition to being a great rental, the communication with Todd was excellent. He virtually answered all of my messages within minutes, and I really appreciate that. Highly recommended!

Todd was great to communicate with. The house is great and a good value. Todd even arranged to heat the pool for a reasonable fee. If you're a pool owner you know what it costs to heat a pool in December! Close to downtown, close to the tram. I'd stay here again, thanks Todd!

Todd was communicated very well with us and even allowed for an early check in. We were just there for a quick 2 night stay. We would have liked to have used the very spacious outside area but there were many ants and we were concerned about our 1 year old grandson. Other than that, great location, great house.

Thank you for your compliments Mary Anne. I love to allow guests early check in and check outs when our place is open. I always check in with guests to see how things are like I did with you. I wish you would have informed me about the ants when I asked as my handyman could have come over right away to take care of them. My handyman came over right after you left and removed them after I read your review as we wouldn't know about them otherwise. Glad you enjoyed your stay and our house.

Palm Springs Perfection

Beautiful home inside and out and possibly the best customer service made our five night rental memorable. The kitchen was well stocked, beds super comfy and the host does all he can to make sure we enjoy our friends getaway. We hope to make this an annual gathering in PS!

Love the review as we do have a great location not far from downtown palm springs in the racket club area and it was great to hear Mary enjoyed our spacious beautiful outdoor space with out salt water pool, lounge chairs, bbq and fire pit to name a few.

Perfect for a family vacation

Beautiful house. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a great getaway to Palm Springs. Saltwater pool was lovely. Patio has plenty of seating with a hammock for relaxing and a gas grill for dinners. Location is great too -- short drive to all that Palm Springs offers.

Amazing Architecture in the Perfect Location

This property was the perfect representation of the amazing style and architecture of Palm Springs. Located in close proximity to everything, we enjoyed all of the amenities that were offered. Todd was a gracious host and the communication was excellent!

Great Mid-century Modern Home

The home was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and convenient to the airport and local attractions. Todd, the owner, clearly communicated instructions, etc. and was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Palm Springs!

Fantastic Trip!

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful mid century modern home with everything we needed. We used the pool everyday chilled out at night. Host was great to check in on us. We are already discussing our next trip and will certainly be back.
