Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located retreat. Nestled in the sought after Wintergreen Resort, this place is a short walking distance to the lodge, restaurants, gift shops, and ski slopes! Beautiful landscapes for hikes and a short drive to Sherando lake and Lake Monocan for summer swims and fishing. Close to the brewery/winery/distillery trail which is home to names such as Bold Rock and Three Notched. Two pools within the resort are available for guests to cool off (prior notice needed so we can put you on the list). Dog friendly so bring your fur babies along for the adventure!

The heat was not working well so we were dependent on the fireplace but the wood was wet from the ice storm so it was rather cold inside the condo; that being said the weather was abnormally cold in the single digits at night. We also had trouble with hot water in the master shower one night and only one person had showered in there that morning. The kitchen into family room is really cute and cozy but keep in mind when packing food there is no pantry. The rooms are rather small and same with the master bath but for a quick trip, they were fine. The carpet in those rooms could use an update but the rest of house felt updated and clean. Host was easy to communicate with too.

Great location- walkable to main clubhouse with restaurants. Decorated nice. Bedrooms are quite small.

we visited for less than 24 hours and found everything we needed in the property which was very clean and well stocked. we did not use any amenities of the resort so i cannot comment in those but my daughter noticed it was in close proximity to the ski lift. we had a very comfortable stay.

Lovely getaway

We stayed here for a couple of nights over July 4th and it was a nice short getaway. The condo is in a good location - 5 min walk to resort restaurants - and is very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cooking tools. The living room seating space was comfortable and allowed for just hanging out. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wintergreen resort is amazing because you have everything in once space. The pools, lakes, hiking within the national forrest and skiing during the winter. The walk-ability to the restaurants, stores, and starbucks is a bonus!

The condo is just a few short steps from central resort living (and the slopes during ski season) but still feels like a mountain escape.
