West Lake Retreat is a wonderful private lake home on Keuka Lake's west side. This home is set into a wooded lot, surrounded by beautiful mature trees and gardens. The home has some of the best outdoor spaces: a walk-in pebbled beach with shallow water (perfect for wading or swimming), a large permanent dock, a grassy yard with an outdoor firepit and picnic tables, a second story deck, and a covered sitting are on the lower level by the water. This home feels like a true private retreat, invitingly quiet and private, away from the hustle and bustle that is often part of Keuka Lake life.
Entering on the top floor of the home, you'll step into the main entry and the upper floor with its beautiful glass and metal railing and view of the lake. This 3rd floor space has 2 bedroom suites and was partially renovated in the spring of 2025 with more renovations coming in 2026! The two bedrooms have both been completely renovated and have lovely large windows looking out over the lake. Bedroom 1 has a King bed and a new attached bath with a tub/shower. Bedroom 2 also has a King bed, a large walk in closet, and an attached bath (this bath has a walk in shower, vintage charm and will be part of the renovations planned for 2026).
Walking down the flight of stairs to the second floor, you'll find the spacious main living areas: a large living room with sectional couch and comfortable arm chairs (the fireplace is nonfunctional and for decorative purposes only), the separate dining room, and the large kitchen. From the kitchen and dining room, you can access the deck with its outdoor dining set and gas grill. Down the hallway from the living room is the second floor bedroom, with a Queen bed, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. This floor also has the laundry and the little nook with the bunk beds.
The family room is located on the lowest level, which has patio doors that walk out onto the covered porch area by the lake and onto the lakefront itself. The family room has comfortable couches, a smart tv, a kitchenette and a gorgeous vintage slate top pool table. This floor also has a bedroom with a Queen size bed and attached half bathroom.
There are stairs to access the yard and lakefront areas from each of the indoor/ upper levels and the lower level has patio doors to easily walk out and enjoy the outdoor spaces and the lake. Picnic at one of the outdoor dining tables, sun in one of the lounge chairs, enjoy a campfire at the lakeside firepit area, wade from the pebble beach area, or read a book in one of the comfy Adirondack chairs on the dock....the outdoor areas offer a little bit of something for everyone. The dock is easily the place to be during the summer time...it is large and spacious and has a ladder to slip into the water and swim from. There is also a kayak available for guests to use for a slow meander on the water.

**This home has a surveillance camera monitoring the parking area and driveway
*Air conditioning is provided via central air
*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.
**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the primary renter is over the age of 25.
**ABSOLUTELY NO pets or animals allowed at any time. Anyone found to be in violation, will be asked to leave immediately and/or charged an additional fee
**NO PARTIES allowed at any time.
**Smoking prohibited anywhere on the premises.
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. No Exceptions. Only 10 guests allowed at any time.
**Parking for 4 vehicles ONLY.
**Guests are required to sign a rental agreement immediately after booking
**Both Garages and the boat house are not available for guest use
**DOCKS: A permanent dock is available to use, and there are dock cleats with a water depth of about 10' at the furthest end of the dock.
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
**Seasonal amenities: outdoor furniture is available seasonally and are often available for use from mid-May to October
