You'll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen, including a gas range, microwave, and wine fridge. Serve up home-cooked dishes at the four-person dining table with two additional chairs and enjoy your meal with superb ocean views. Offering quiet privacy, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. PLEASE NOTE:

There is currently an ongoing hillside stabilization project at the complex. You may experience workers coming and going to access the hillside through the parking lot to the right side of the deck area. They are not on the deck, rather they may pass by. They do not work past 5:00pm, and they do not work weekends. The rental price is discounted to reflect this work.



The condo is conveniently located near a deli, market, restaurant and coffee shop. 2-miles from grocery story, restaurants, cinema, tennis court, gas station and much much more!
