DETAILS:
30A Beach Bungalow is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offering 1,428 sq ft of coastal charm on the south side of 30A. Tucked down a private, tree-lined driveway in Seagrove, the home is ideally located near beach access, Eastern Lake, and the area's best dining. With its inviting front porch, large backyard, and thoughtfully designed interior, this home is perfect for a laid-back beach vacation with family or friends.

Inside, guests will find a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and no-fuss, streaming entertainment. The kitchen includes ample counter space, bar seating, and a walk-in pantry. The adjoining laundry room adds extra convenience. A queen bedroom and full bath are located on the main level, while upstairs hosts additional bedrooms that share a full bath.
The outdoor space is a standout feature, offering a tranquil, shaded yard, cornhole, a dining area, a lounge zone, and a gas grill for easy al fresco meals. The home also comes with two complimentary bikes for exploring the 30A area.

The house and property is beautiful! Everything was very clean and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Our pup loved lounging on the front porch and playing in the yard. We had a great vacation and will certainly rent this home again!

My husband and I booked 30A Beach Bungalow for a week for a "work-from-home vacation" and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is as cute as ever and exactly as pictured. Aside from being pet-friendly so we could bring our little pug, the location and amenities couldn't be more perfect.The house is on a quiet street off 30A, but still close enough to the water and shops. We walked and/or biked to the beach and coffee every day, and the fact that the house came with bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas was super convenient. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and we can't wait to go back!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your charming home. Our stay went well and the location was great! There was some confusing info in the check-in email stating that there would be wristbands, but we couldn't find any. Communicated with the property manager, and she indicated wristbands weren't needed. This was my fault for not double-checking but we realized that the house did not have a king-sized bed. I should have confirmed. This was a tad rough for us personally just because our kids insist on climbing in bed with us. Just suggest adding a king-sized bed in one of the rooms for more comfort. Upon arrival we also noted that a bike was missing. There was supposed to be 4, but there were only 3. I promptly told the property manager to make sure we were not "blamed" for the missing bike. The PM confirmed that one had must have gone missing, but didn't really provide a solution. If we had rented the property because there were 4 bikes and needed 4 bikes, we would have been disappointed with no alternative offered to replace the bike. The kitchen is nice, but we were disappointed to see that there was no true icemaker. My husband had to unclog the upstairs sink himself as it was not draining at all. Notified the PM, but no solution was offered. The wear and tear is showing. The floors don't seem complete (large gaps), and closet door downstairs has broken away from its track. Overall, the bungalow is charming, but I feel like it could use some TLC at this point.
