Your countryside retreat awaits in this newly refurbished, full of character former 17th Century hay barn. It is in the perfect location to explore the beaches of south Devon, nearby vibrant Totnes and Dartmoor National Park. The village of Rattery is charming and the barn is within walking distance to the historic Church House Inn Pub. There are lots of walking & cycle routes close by including the beautiful Avon Dam reservoir. This cozy 1-bedroom retreat features a beautiful hand carved comfy double bed and a charming living room with a double sofa bed. Guests can enjoy the convenience of fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, heating and WiFi during their stay. The bathroom offers a refreshing power shower for a relaxing end to the day. You're sure to make tremendous memories with a stay at our place.

The Linhay Barn is part of a Grade 2 listed Mill house. Amazing grandeur entrance with arches of the viaduct. Courtyard is very pretty with stone walls.
