This cozy and well-appointed 3-bedroom home is designed for comfort and relaxation. You'll have the entire house to yourself, including:

No shared access. You’ll have the entire unit to yourself. There is a separate, adjacent unit on the property occupied by a quiet long-term resident. They do not share access to this 3-bed/2-bath home in any way.
Private entrance + Eufy smart lock (black)
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, in consideration of neighbors and all guests’ comfort.
Washer and dryer are not inside the unit, but are available for guest use. Detailed instructions for access will be sent upon request.

No Backyard Access
