The Space:

Experience a comfortable stay in this furnished 1-bedroom apartment with a functional open layout.



A cozy sofa and TV provide a relaxing space, while the kitchen and dining table make meals easy and enjoyable.



The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, creating a restful retreat, while the bathroom is clean and well-equipped.



Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer and reliable Wi-Fi.



Set in a great location close to restaurants, shops, and public transit, our apartment is a simple, welcoming place to stay while exploring or working in the area.



A quick note: We have a couple of cozy apartments in the building. Each is fully equipped, though the layout or style may differ slightly.



Guest Access:

Please note: Our place is upstairs. You’ll need to take the stairs. There’s no elevator in the building.



The Neighborhood:

Live the West Loop lifestyle—enjoy amazing eats at Carnivale Chicago, Alla Vita, and avec Restaurant, soak up the outdoors at Fulton River Park, and explore the shelves at Open Books West Loop.



Getting Around:

Public transit is close by—Desplaines & Lake is 1 minute on foot, Fulton & Desplaines and Jefferson & Lake about 2 minutes, and Clinton Station 3 minutes away. Getting around is straightforward and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Getting around is easy since the train station’s just a short walk away. If you’re a light sleeper, though, you might want to bring some earplugs—trains do pass by now and then.



Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal.

Enjoyed my stay. Apartment is very clean and has essentials needed for a no hassle stay. Everything is within walking distance. Great restaurants, bars and shops close by. Communication with host was quick and effortless. Will return again. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. Property is close to coffee shops, book stores, and within walking distance of nice restaurants. Easy paid parking nearby. The apartment was clean and everything we needed

Great spot in the West Loop which was very conveniently close to my workplace and the restaurants and bars in the West Loop, while also being sufficiently far away from the noisy areas.Will definitely be back any time I have a business trip to Chicago.

I booked 4 nights but I had to leave after 1 night because the train runs right outside of the bedroom and living windows and there’s no escaping the horrible, constant noise. Ear plugs do not make a difference. No apartment should ever be located just a few feet from a train that runs all the time. It’s also on the 4th floor with no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, keep that in mind. But it was cute inside and clean.

The apartment was great…clean, cool, safe! Location was ideal for where I needed to be. The metro is right outside the apartment, so this may be something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

We booked this place a month out and the host cancelled on us the day that we were supposed to stay there. Supposedly there was an unexpected maintenance situation, however there was zero communication and help from the host. We had traveled to stay in this place and had no where else to go. Thankfully, after hours of phone calls with vrbo, we found another place to stay.
