Enjoy luxury and comfort in this beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo in the exclusive Reserva Conchal community. Fully furnished and thoughtfully designed, this spacious residence features a modern kitchen, expansive living area, and a serene outdoor space—perfect for relaxing or gathering with loved ones. All bedrooms are equipped with brand-new air conditioning units to ensure year-round comfort. Your home in paradise awaits.
The condominium is located within Reserva Conchal in the Carao Complex, which offers convenient access to the beach club, a 15-minute walk through flat and shaded trails, next to Westin.
You can also take a 5-minute trip to the Beach Club in your car or use the free transportation service, which will arrive directly to the condominium and pick you up at any time during the hours of 7:00am - 10:00 pm.
It is possible to provide daily cleaning with an additional cost If you wish additional cleaning services during your stay, we would be happy to offer them to you, contact us to extend our menu. We can also organize your grocery shopping at home, as well as a personal chef, a yoga instructor, whatever you want, so that you can relax and be pampered!
In addition to enjoying the apartment, the guest has free access to:
- Common areas of the condominium, with swimming pool and ranch.
- Access to the exclusive Conchal Reserve Beach Club, with direct access to the beautiful Conchal Beach. At the Beach Club you will find a restaurant with a variety of options, gym and various services.
Among our purposes is to ensure that the unit reaches the highest cleanliness standards. Our housekeeping department provides a professional quality service, using cleaning and disinfection protocols and reinforcing the tranquility and satisfaction of each of our guests. It is a team of qualified personnel who use the best quality products, carrying out a rigorous control in every corner of the unit and paying special attention to frequently touched items. Upon your entry, you will find your unit perfectly prepared and reviewed by our team.
The public spaces of the building are thoroughly and frequently disinfected.
In the event that your stay is 7 or more nights, a general cleaning is required on the day you choose at no additional cost, and must be coordinated before the day of entry.
Crib service is available upon request and has an additional cost of $11.30 USD per night
