Stay Boise’s beautiful West Side at this 3-bedroom cottage, on a tree lined street, just minutes from downtown. This home would be the perfect space for parents visiting BSU students, or anyone interested in a quiet space within walking distance to the Boise River Greenbelt. Walkable to restaurants, coffee, shopping, parks and more! The bedrooms feature a queen bed, twin bed, child bed, and full bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like a large yard, bikes, ample dedicated off-street parking, a sunny living room, brand new kitchen and huge TV room/den with games, surround-sound TV and every amenity you could need for a lovely stay. This is our third property in the treasure Valley, we started with a tiny home in Meridian to use when we visited our kiddos in town. Then we added an Eagle Townhome and this is our newest, absolute favorite location, right in the center of Boise!

We love that it is in the center of it all yet still quiet in a beautiful neighborhood! It’s very walkable to all sorts of different activities and the neighbors are just as nice and fun as can be!

We’ve done everything we can to preserve the personality of this 1940 cottage while updating it so that it’s comfortable and has an easy flow. It’s filled with beautiful furnishings that have been collected one by one to match the age and personality of the home.
