Centrally located between Deadwood & Terry Peak & walking distance from bars & restaurants! We provide extras: enjoy smarty TV's in every room with access to Netflix, Amazon, & Hulu, or go fishing as we provide 3 Fly Rods, or try out our Gold Pan, we are only 3 miles from Deadwood and 10 minutes from the ski slopes. 5 Stars – Great Guest! Curtis and his companion were a pleasure to host. They were part of a flight crew bringing our boss to the Rally, and from start to finish they were low-key, respectful, and easy to communicate with. The place was left in excellent condition, and they were courteous and considerate throughout their stay. Would be happy to welcome them back anytime!

Sturgis Rally week

Excellent property and location for what we needed and wanted to do. The only issue we had and it was minimal was there was no parking for our truck and trailer.

Comfortable and Clean Stay on our Vacation

The condo was so warm and welcoming, and a very comfortable stay for us. The owner definitely takes such good care of this place and we were delighted that they were willing to share it. Although we spent our days and events away from Lead, it had all the comforts available for a wonderful week long stay. We were so delighted, we worked extra hard to clean it well and put it all back exactly as we had found it... ready for the next lucky renter. Thank you Jen and Mike!!!

Great place in the Black Hills!

Clean, awesome fishing decor! Easy access to Mt. Rushmore. We also drove to Wyoming and Montana to visit state parks. This place would be great for visiting the other local national parks like Badlands, etc. Loved it!

Good location, Decent place

Good price and good location close to all the touristy stuff! The owners provided a binder with all the information you need about the area which was AWESOME! The condo could have been a little cleaner as the fridge, oven, and microwave were kind of dirty. Also, the AC didn't work too well and it was in the high 80s when we were there. Overall a decent stay!

ATVing in Black Hills

We had a great stay at this property in Lead. Was a great location for us and having a trailer with ATV's, there was plenty of parking in the street as well as a public parking ramp a few blocks down the street when we wanted to detach the trailer and just take the truck sight seeing. Everything worked out great!

Great location to go to Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon, and short drive to Devils Tower. Awesome brewery 100 yards away. Two Kings beds were nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place in a great location.

We loved staying at this great condo where all the little extras were thought of and provided. Information from those who know and love the area was invaluable and helped us to shape our vacation. We were able to see the places we had planned to visit and many natural places we would not have included if it were not for the care the owners had put into welcoming us to their home. We are a family of 3. We live in Pierre, SD and have always loved the Black Hills area. My husband and I love to fly fish and have 3 complimentary fly rods for your use. We enjoy relaxing with our two year old daughter, reading, and spending time outdoors especially in Spearfish Canyon fly fishing. This is our vacation home and we wanted to share it with others to enjoy the Black Hills.

We just love the Black Hills of South Dakota. The town of Lead offers everything we had been looking for in a vacation home. The location is perfect for all the outdoor activities that we love to do. It's also conveniently located close to Deadwood and Spearfish so there are many options for an evening out.
