The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home: microwave, electric kettle, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, and wine glasses. (Pantry staples like coffee, oil, and spices are not stocked unless kindly left behind by previous guests.)

Enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar (seating for six), or gather around the dining table for four. A convenient half bathroom is also on this level.

We do not host bachelor/bachelorette parties or any large celebrations that may disturb neighbors.

Please Note: We’re not a hotel with large-scale laundry facilities or services. We’re a small team of 8 dedicated colleagues working hard to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. Please take a moment to review the “Other Things to Note” section to set the right expectations before booking. Our greatest strength is the exceptional locations of our apartments, putting you right where you want to be in Boston.

No Gatherings or Parties – Only registered guests are permitted inside the unit. Visitors must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests, parties, or excessive noise may result in immediate cancellation and removal without refund.

Parking – This rental includes one private on-site parking spots. Please note that street parking is NOT allowed.

No Elevator

Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items. Even a single wipe can cause severe clogs, requiring walls to be opened for plumbing access and repairs.

Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests.

Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set.

Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification.

Minimum Age & Guest Composition – The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the entire stay. Reservations intended to allow under-21 guests to stay without appropriate adult supervision (for example, one 21-year-old booking for multiple 18–20-year-olds) are not allowed.

Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting.

Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days.
