Three luxurious bathrooms equipped with heated floors and jetted bathtub in the master ensure a relaxing stay. Enjoy the cool mountain air in the landscaped back yard or have dinner on the patio just outside the kitchen. At night, roast marshmallows sitting around the fire in the back yard. A workout area in the garage equipped with a full cage/squat rack and 250lbs of weight is just enough to catch a sweat before enjoying the day. Experience the beauty of South Lake Tahoe when you stay at our place.

No shoes are to be worn in the house at anytime. Please keep the floors clean. This is a firm policy. No shoes indoors.
All garbage must be placed in trash bags inside of the bins in the bear box. Make sure the bear box is securely closed. Do not leave any food outside
Turn off all exterior lights and keep noise to a minimum after 9:45pm.

We had a fantastic stay at Armando’s home. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect: close to the lake, hiking trails, and just a short drive to town for groceries and restaurants.The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions, which made everything super smooth.Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway in S Lake Tahoe!

We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful. Very clean and well kept. The home had a cozy modern feel. Very spacious. The location of the house was perfect. It was no more than a 10 minute drive to the casinos, lake, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The host was very friendly and responsive. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Definitely wouldn’t mind booking again in the future.

Friends trip

Armando is an amazing host and has a beautiful home. We've probably been to Lake Tahoe 100 times, but this is definitely one of our favorite stays. Ease of communication with the host, friendliness, cleanliness, the backyard, gym, amount of space, and location made it a 10/10 for us. Thank you, Armando for your accommodation & hospitality. Definitely saving this stay for the future!
