This rental was great for a family. The room set up was perfect. The pool was a hit with kids. Communication was great with Rental Manager. Location was easy to get to Lake Tahoe and Heavenly.

Awesome stay for groups!

Our stay at the propert was amazing! We were a totally of 14 people and the place accommodated everyone well. Everyone loved the indoor pool and theatre. The kitchen was also really well stocked with everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Will definitely be coming back!

GREAT CABIN

Such a great cabin!!! Had 10 of my friends for a snowboarding trip and the house was exactly as pictured. I would recommend! We will be back here every year.

Great House for big groups.

We had a wonderful stay . Host was very good at communication and accommodating. A lot of activities including the theater, pool table, pool , hot tub. You never have to leave the house . Will definitely come back again!

Better than advertised!

This property truly had everything one could ask for when visiting Lake Tahoe. The spacious house, the solitude feeling, the nature filled backyard, and the selection of amenities truly made this feel like a First Class visit. Luckily, we didn’t encounter any bears, but we did notice a coyote late at night! 10/10 would recommend for a group. I want to go back!

Great place for large group

Yes, the house is older but it’s very clean. All the amenities are in working order (pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub). The kitchen is well equipped with all the gadgets you can think of, even rice cooker! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails at the end of the street. Grocery stores are 10 mins drive for any last minute needs. Thank you for sharing your place.

A peaceful property

The house was spacious and comfortable. However, it needs updating. The walls are smudged, scratched & worn. The carpets are stained. Water stains on the ceiling. The pool table is functional, but the pockets have holes. The dryer broke after ruining several items.

Beautiful Lake Tahoe Home

We booked this home for the wedding party for our best friends’ wedding this past weekend. It is a lovely home tucked in the woods about a 15 minute drive from Lake Tahoe. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for our group of 13 to all sleep and gather comfortably. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna! It is worth noting that they take the 10pm noise cutoff very seriously, and there are several postings stating that if there is a noise complaint you will have 2 hours to vacate the property. I assume they have had some issues with loud groups upsetting neighbors in the past. If you’re looking for a party pad, this may not be the right rental for you, but I would highly recommend it for any gathering where you can keep the noise down after 10, or at least keep it inside!

Great house but outdated and ceiling leaked

The location and back sledding area was great. Kids enjoyed indoor pool and theatre but carpets really need to be replaced. New bed covers, fresh coat of paint, and updated furniture will make this place perfect. Also fixing the leak in master bedroom. We had a leak in the ceiling right on top of the bed where it got our pillows and blankets wet, we had to go sleep in sofas and although it happened in the last night of our stay we really didn’t get good rest because sofas are uncomfortable. I messaged management to get some kind of credit for inconvenience and haven’t received a response

Guys trip for skiing and Golf

Been coming to Tahoe annually for the past 15 years and have stayed at many different properties over those years. This was our 2nd year in a row at this place and it does not disappoint! It's our favorite to date and would highly recommend it. We are excited to visit it again in the future.
