On your arrival day, please text or call our home manager, Evan Price. He will meet you at the villa to provide a personal tour and orientation, including:
Operating the pool robot and auto-cover
Lighting the BBQ and fire pit
Connecting your phone to the speaker system via AirPlay
Using Alexa voice commands for lighting and convenience
You’ll also find a house information guide inside the Jasmine Villa welcome folder for additional details.
Both Evan Price are available 24/7 to assist you throughout your stay.
- The Jasmine villa is in Kukuiula . Guests do not have access to the Kukuiula golf course and Kukuiula Club
- The Villa can accommodate up to 18 adults and 4 children and 2 babies. Extra guest fee above 10 people will apply on the rental cost. $35/person/night fee request will be sent via resolution center, additional charge.

* Our own handyman for prompt maintenance. We live nearby, within 15 minutes. So if there is anything broken or if you need help getting it fixed, we could be helpful right away.
* A trusted cleaning team (with daily service available upon request)
* Exclusive concierge connections offering guest-only discounts on island experiences, including private chefs, in-home massages, and Kauai Cart rentals

Among all the Hawaiian Islands, Kauai offers more of the things that make Hawaii special — more waterfalls, more rivers, more beaches, more snorkeling sites, more hiking trails, and more golf courses — all without the crowds. With only about 50,000 residents, Kauai feels friendly, peaceful, and unspoiled.
We chose Sunny Poipu on the South Shore as the home base for our vacation rentals for a reason:
Poipu enjoys over 300 days of sunshine each year
In winter (Nov–Apr), while the North Shore gets heavy rain and large waves, Poipu stays warm, sunny, and perfect for swimming
The calm waters at Poipu Beach and other South Shore beaches make them ideal for families and snorkelers
From Poipu’s central location, you can reach anywhere on the island in under an hour — Hanalei on the North Shore, Lihue and Kapaa on the East Side, or Waimea Canyon on the West Side.
