Not your typical Cape rental! This 2400 sq. ft. home features two living rooms, two lofts (one reached by a spiral staircase), and hand-carved cabinetry/details throughout.

The main house features an open-plan kitchen, dining area (seats 6), and sun-filled living room. Down the hall is a newly-renovated full bath with a tiled walk-in shower; primary bedroom with king-size bed; and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The second floor is an open beamed loft that houses the third bedroom suite -- one queen and one twin bed, newly-renovated tiled full bath (tub/shower combo), desk and reading nook.

You could spend your vacation comfortably in the main house, but then you'd be missing the addition! A converted two-car garage reached by the breezeway, it offers a casual living room, a full-size ping-pong table, and a 3/4 bath with a stall shower. Take the spiral staircase upstairs -- exercise, do yoga, meditate, or read in the comfy wing chair. This space will give you all the zen you need.

There are mini-split A/C's in all bedrooms and living spaces. The LG washer/dryer, Samsung TV, Bosch dishwasher, all small kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses, pots etc. were purchased new in 2021.

We think you'll find our outdoor space as inviting as the interior of our home. The house is set on half an acre of woods, but there is also lawn space for games and a hammock for relaxing. The hardwood deck is perfect for a meal (new in 2024 Weber natural gas grill, dining set for 6) or relaxing in a rocking chair. You'll also find a large outdoor shower with an extra faucet to rinse the sand from your feet.

We welcome your well-behaved, housebroken dog (no puppies, please), and have a large crate, dog bed, and bowls available.

We provide beach gear -- umbrellas, chairs, beach blankets, towels, sand toys, a cooler, and boogie boards -- for your use.

Our home is a 5-minute walk to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 5-minute drive to the wonders of the National Seashore ocean beaches, and a 5-minute drive to Crooks Brook Beach on the bay. Easy access as well to Great Pond and Wiley Park.
