The Space:

Located in North Eastham in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious five bedroom, two bathroom home is a great vacation spot for large groups of family or friends. You will be just four minutes from Sunken Meadow Beach and five minutes from Cooks Brook Beach on the bayside, nine minutes from Marconi and Nauset Light Beaches on the oceanside, and four minutes from the Cape Cod Rail Trail.



Before you walk through the front door, you will notice the large deck that wraps around from the side of the house to the back, overlooking a spacious private yard with plenty of space for summer yard games. Enter the home to find a large open living and dining area with all brand new furniture. The living area features two comfortable couches along with a couple of armchairs and plenty of floor space. There is a brand new eight-seat dining set with two more seats at the kitchen counter overlooking the clean white cabinets and new stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen. Walk down the hall to find a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower, then you will get to the primary bedroom with a king bed. There is another living area on the 1st floor with a couple more couches, a brick fireplace (not for guest use), and smart TV for streaming.



Walk up the stairs to the second floor and you will find four more bedrooms and another full bathroom. On the left side is a bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with three twin beds, on the right is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a full bed, and a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower is in between. Both bathrooms in the house feature a laundry shoot, which leads down to the basement next to a brand new washer and dryer for you to use. Other amenities include WiFi, window A/C units in the bedrooms, a grill, and sheets and bath towels provided with beds made upon arrival. This home also allows one dog, so don’t forget to bring your pup along!

Delightful home with comfortable lounge furnishings, good dining and kitchen facilities, provided all our adult group needed, which was five bedrooms and social spaces for a sunny September week at Eastham. The deck facilities and garden fire pit were appreciated. It’s a place we would recommend.

The home is in a nice quiet location and near all the places we like to go at the Cape. The downstairs was renovated and very nice. The carpet had two 2x2 areas that were cut out. There were also some old dog stains on the carpet but they had been cleaned.

Terrific

This was a perfect house for our extended family of 10. Great open kitchen, dining area, family room to hang out together. Really nice deck and lovely neighborhood. Bathrooms could use some updating but overall a great place to stay!!

Overall was a great house that fit everyone comfortably. We were only 6 adults, however there is room for up to the 10 in the description. Reading I believed that there would be nothing there, however a nice surprise, I did lug up bulky paper towels and toilet paper which took up valuable room in the car. All and all we had a great trip :)

Great place and location

This was a great location. Me and my few friends stayed for 2 nights to celebrate New Years and had so much fun. The place is spacious and clean. We were able to request a late checkout around 11 and the host was very responsive on any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away from city and spend some quality time with their loved ones.

Good place for a large group

10 of us stayed here for 3 nights just after Christmas. The place was perfect for us, with 2 separate living room areas, a good kitchen, and 5 bedrooms accommodating all of us comfortably. The management was very responsive to questions we had. It was well located for exploring the Cape - at that time of the year, there are few people, no traffic, no parking fees, and quiet. Many restaurants are closed, but, for example, the Visitor Center of the Nat'l Seashore had excellent videos, and walking the desolate beaches was a meditative experience. We recommend it for those looking for a good place to gather around the holidays.

Quick summer getaway

The house was great - definitely more than enough room for our family and dog. Loved the openness of the first floor. It was easy to all be together with plenty of space. Bathrooms are a bit dated but fully functional. No complaints on the beds and having AC in each room was a plus. Nice quiet neighborhood and wooded lot so lots of privacy. We'd come back again.

Last Splash Bachelorette

10 of us stayed here to celebrate my best friend’s last splash before getting married! Plenty of room for all of us, and we didn’t even use the second living room. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work on the first night, but they quickly sent out staff to help us with a simple fix.

Bright and Spacious property

We enjoyed our sons, daughter in law and grandchildren. Seven of us. There was plenty of room for a play area separate from another family room. Kids could be watching movies while adults played a board game and others read. We enjoyed being able to open the windows or use the a/c or the heat. We had both hot and cold weather. So close to Provincetown and beautiful beaches as well as dunes. We had one issue (the house had been unused prior to our visit) which was quickly addressed. DelMar people exceeded our expectations and look forward to another visit.

good for a group

with various sitting/gathering areas, there's ample room for a large group. house itself is quirky, and feels a little bit unfinished. stairs pretty steep if you have older folks. bathrooms cn definitely use an update. kitchen is pretty good and dining area is nice. there are generous dishes, glassware, mugs and silverware. OK on cookware/utensils; you can get meals together. location lovely, right near audobon.

Perfect for large family

We had a great stay. The bedrooms are large, having linens provided was fantastic and the location was just where we needed to be ( near another family house in Eastham). We had extended family staying together and the two living rooms plus 5 bedrooms was an incredible find on the bayside in Eastham. We had a couple of questions during the stay and the people manning the text line were very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Family Friendly Home

Our family of 8 stayed in this lovely, spacious home. We had plenty of room to spread out. The bathrooms and kitchen were well supplied with essentials. It was in a quiet neighborhood so we could relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We loved hanging out on the wrap around deck with the private backyard. It was very easy to communicate with the property managers who quickly responded to any questions that we had. They made our stay so easy and and care free. We would definitely stay at a Del Mar vacation rental again in the future.
