This is the cutest and coolest mid-mod house! Allison's a gracious and magnanimous host, and we really enjoyed our stay. I wish it could have been longer, but we'll definitely be back!

Don't let the small size fool you. This peaceful retreat is all you need for a perfect getaway! The living room furniture is very plush and comfortable and the bed is perfect for good night's sleep! There isn't much to improve on! I would have liked a full length mirror in the bedroom (personal preference) and a few more cooking accessories, but with SOOOOO many wonderful restaurants within walking distance it was easy to say "let's eat out!" Alison is a wonderful host and while we didn't need anything extra from her, I feel like if we had, she would have been very quick to respond. She didn't ask for any crazy actions to be taken just to leave - she takes care of everything. We will definitely bring staying at her lovely home again in the very near future!

This was a fantastic property to stay in during our time in St. Louis. We selected it mainly for its location in The Hill area. It was comfy, cozy, super clean, nice decor. We hope to stay here again!! Parking was a breeze. Great communication with the host!

The stay was perfect. They also have a nice fenced backyard that I didnt see in the listing. It is right next store to a yummy italian deli. Will definately stay again if I have an opportunity.

Awesome house on the hill!

Great centralized house located in the hill district. Old charm to it as well as modern features. Located directly across from a park with local access to so many things (deli literally 2 houses down). Small back yard perfect for dogs to do their business as well.Allison and Alex were great hosts too! Responsive in all our needs and questions. Checking in was a breeze as well! Highly recommend for your next booking.

I am a born and raised StL city girl! The Hill is where I grew up, so I feel so blessed that we are able to own property here, and we do stay at the property quite often! Our daughter goes to St. Ambrose school, and I teach preschool at the Sacred Heart Villa. We have 2 dogs, Buddy is a miniature dachshund, and Daphne is lab mix- both rescue pups!
We love our Hill community, and we know you will too!
