Our second time coming here and we came back really for the great house, host, amenities and ease of booking. Couldn’t recommend this spot or any under the Breezy branch more. Completely a wonderful, easy process and vacation.

This home was perfect for our night in seaside! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal to get around to all of the local spots. Check in/check out was very easy. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

A perfect location to easily get to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk and everything else Seaside Park has to offer. Michael and the Breezy team were very attentive throughout our stay and check in and check out couldn't have been easier.The house was the perfect size for a family and everything was comfortable with great amenities for a longer stay. We would happily stay again!

Absolutely beautiful experience. From booking, to leading up to my trip, our stay and even after, Michael was more than attentive, helpful and an overall pleasure to book with. The home was absolutely beautiful, more than enough space, amenities and such a perfect location right near the beach. Truly one of the best vacations I’ve had and already am looking forward to staying again in the future. Could not recommend this rental enough, anything you could think of to need while you’re away from home, this place has. Communication, cleanliness and hospitality were absolutely amazing. I also booked maybe a day or two before my stay and it was zero hassle or problem at all.

Probably one of the cleanest homes I’ve ever rented. The beds were very comfortable. The house has been recently renovated and the decor is fresh and not overly beachy. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials and having coffee there for you in the morning was a wonderful bonus. Tips for renting this spot: this home is adorable. The upstairs has very low ceilings. It was perfect for us but A tall person would have a tough time. There is an island wide alarm that goes off whenever there is a call for the volunteer fire department. It is very unsettling when it goes off at night and you aren’t aware of what it is. A heads up on this before it goes off is great since the home is situated right across the street from the police/fire. Which also makes it a very safe location.

Went down for a short week in August 2025. This house had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay there. The house was very clean when we arrived and provided all the amenities needed for our stay. My kids enjoyed the pull out couch when having a movie night or their comfy beds at night time. This was just the house we were looking for and it was a very short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the bay. The location is directly across from the B&B store and the police station. Even with the police and fire station so close we never really were bothered when an alarm would sound. The backyard was very peaceful when we needed to unwind. I would rebook this location in the future.
