Great place to stay

Very clean and cozy. Loved the organization and labels on the light switches and cabinets. Beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing Stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this unit at Phoenix on the Bay. The unit was clean and we had keyless contact where were provided a code to enter (we did have to get our parking passes from the front desk however). We had a beautiful view of the lazy river, pools, and back drop of the bay from our balcony. The location of this condo was great, with several restaurants within minutes of driving.

Not a happy momma...

To start I'll say the property was beautiful but, shower and bath tub were not cleaned prior to us entering the property. The one and only reason I booked this property was because of the outside pool and lazy river for my children. AFTER I BOOKED, I received an email stating that the lazy river was closed until March 1st so I thought oh well we aren't staying until the 13th so that will be fine. When we got to the property the lazy river and pool were closed during our entire stay. There was never a manager on duty for me to speak with, Had I known this before I booked I would've stayed on the beach front property instead. There were small maintenance issues like the faucets were falling off the bath tub, leak under the sink in the master, hangers were broken in the closet, drawer in fridge was cracked and broken. My kids were so upset when the lazy river was not working. Oh and pest control came to spray while we were there and a massive roach as big as my finger was on the kitchen floor afterwards. Needless to say I will not be booking this place again as roaches are my WORST fear.

Kids loved the Lazy River and the wife loved laying out at the pool and soaking in the sun.
