Richardson Serenity Villa features 4 rooms for up to 8 guests specifically designed for guests with limited mobility, offering safe, comfortable, and accessible spaces to unwind. That said, everyone is welcome to enjoy this peaceful retreat—an ideal place to relax and recharge after a day of island adventures.

•⁠ The owners' dog lives on the property but stays in a gated area.
•⁠ The owners' private home is also located within the property, next to the pool area. They live on-site and you'll likely see them around. They're happy to offer assistance if needed, while always respecting your privacy.

Guest Access
You'll have shared access to the entire lodge, with exclusive use of the four Pool View Rooms. The lobby—which includes a kitchen, dining room, living area, and a half bathroom—as well as the pool and bar area, are shared spaces enjoyed by both the owners and other guests.

Interaction with guests
A friendly advice, keeping good communication with your host will make your stay more pleasant, you will receive 4 important messages prior to your arrival that will include information about your destination, house rules, address, WiFi & access code. Kindly acknowledge you have received and read the info for a smooth check in process.

Additional Information
•⁠ Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave your room or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.

•⁠ Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.
