El Palacio Rosa is a private micro-resort on Carib Bight, Roatan — far from the cruise crowds, deep in the Honduran jungle, on a quiet bay with three reefs, a WWII shipwreck, and 400-year-old pirate tunnels off the dock. The 3BR Palacio Suite is 1,800 SF on the middle floor with sweeping bay views, a full kitchen, and room for the whole crew. Infinity pool, private beach, on-site dive shop, kayaks, and paddleboards.

Jeff was very welcoming and even stopped at the grocery store for us to make sure we had some supplies for th n first fee days since our flight was delayed. Excellent property with amazing views of the bay. Great local spots to enjoy just a short boat ride away from the house

The owners live in The Crow's Nest — the top floor — much of the year, bringing the kind of local knowledge no guidebook has. Jorge has been the property's watchman and maintenance manager since 1998. He's raised three children here and is now welcoming a two-year-old into the mix. Available 8am–5pm Monday through Saturday and 24/7 for emergencies. Speaks Spanish. Knows everything. A small propina is always appreciated.

Carib Bight is what Roatan used to be everywhere — quiet, pristine, and private. No cruise ships in sight. No strangers walking across your beach. Three reefs, the Roly Poly WWII shipwreck (snorkel from the dock), and 400-year-old pirate tunnels built by pirates to hide from the British Navy. All accessible from your door.

At 1,800 SF the Palacio Suite is the flagship — room for the whole family, a dive crew, or a fishing group that needs real space to live in between runs. Book both suites for 2,600 SF and up to 14 guests.

The owner lives on-site in The Crow's Nest. Jorge has been here since 1998 and has raised his family on this property. This isn't an absentee rental — it's a place people actually care about.
