Located on the peaceful banks of the Tennessee River in Linden, our charming camper is an ideal retreat for families and friends. Enjoy stunning sunsets right outside your door, perfect for creating lasting memories together. The gentle sounds of the river provide a welcoming atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to relax, reconnect, and escape the everyday hustle and bustle.

This property is situated on a shared riverfront lot. Guests staying on the property share access to the dock, fire pit area, swings, and swimming areas with others who may be staying onsite. These shared spaces provide a great opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the river and the welcoming atmosphere of the property.

Bringing your boat? You’re welcome to! Guests are welcome to bring and use their own boat during their stay, making it easy to spend your days fishing, exploring the river, or enjoying a day on the water. Whether you’re seeking adventure or simply looking to unwind by the river, this peaceful retreat offers something for everyone.

Everything was good except the hot water and the code was wrong so we had to call to get the code plus we got locked out btw the owner did come to bring the key a hour away

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the entry code and being locked out. As soon as we were notified, we made arrangements to get a key to you as quickly as possible, even late at night. Regarding the hot water, the camper is equipped with a working water heater, and instructions for operation are provided inside the camper. We have not experienced any ongoing issues with the hot water system, but we appreciate the feedback and will continue to ensure instructions are clear for future guests. Thank you for staying with us, and we wish you all the best.

Absolutely what we was looking for . Swimming , boating and peaceful all right on the edge of TN. river. Everything was available . Host was amazing. We will be returning again in the future..

We absolutely love it down here on the edge of the river. We fished all day caught brim, drum, bass and ton of turtles!! We let our pup float in the river to keep cool, he loves the water. The fireworks over the river were just beautiful!! Thank you again, this is our second year vacation here. We look forward to next year.
