Didn’t know it was a shared suite. A man showed up in the living room I wasn’t aware that lived there. Waited outside in their driveway for 20 minutes after repeated called and texting. Sheets were not clean nor was the shower

Suite was clean and modern, but host failed to mention in the ad that there was a rented private room in the suite. One bedroom for a family of 6, kept us up until 3am after a long day of traveling, used all our amenities and living space which wasn’t for them, extremely loud and rude. We left after the first night. Hosts were rude and unorganized, acted like we inconvenienced them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t rent here.

Communication with the on-site manager was very poor. We called six times after arriving at the property and never got an answer. It was not until a second group of renters appeared that we were able to access the unit. The first line of this listing says “Entire home” which is completely deceiving. It should be made clear that you get a bedroom and bathroom but share the main living quarters with other renters which is not suitable for everyone. Overall this was one of the most disappointing experiences in our travels.
