Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, our charming 1-bedroom basement suite combines comfort and convenience, making it the ideal spot for solo travelers, couples, or business visitors.

The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare simple meals. Amenities included with the suite are high-speed Wi-Fi, a private entrance, and free parking on-site. You’ll also have access to a shared laundry area for your convenience. Pet friendly.

A great place to stay

Was a perfect place to stay for myself for a couple nights while passing through town. Clean, quiet and private, close to attractions and parks located in a nice neighborhood.

This was hands down the nicest temporary accommodation I've ever booked! Towels were plush, hot water pressure was great in the shower, everything you could want in a kitchen (although I didn't cook during my stay) and a bidet in the bathroom! A bidet, everyone! The bed was super comfy. TV already signed into streaming accounts for guests to use was super convenient! Place was easy to find, and easy to access. The area has walkable restaurants nearby which were delicious. Would definitely book this place again given the opportunity!

The only thing the kitchen was missing was a pair of scissors and I would have appreciated a few more towels for drying dishes but those are just extra suggestions :)

We had a great stay. The suite was clean. There was a delay in check in which VRBO and the owner resolved quickly. They had cold water waiting for us in the fridge. The kitchen was great for a quick breakfast and to prepare some meals to go. A dishwasher ensured we did not spend any time doing dishes. At night the room was a little tight. We had 4 guest, 2 adults, a 15yo and a 12yo. The 12yo slept on the couch, one adult and the 15yo in the bedroom and I slept on a spare mattress provided by the host.

Nice suite. Had all of the basics. Would have liked a stand room fan since it was very warm in the suite with no air flow. Was upset with the fact that an extra fee for.each of my dogs was not made apparent at the time i booked.

Convenient and pet friendly

The suite was located in a house. There is no outside space to hangout. The pullout futon is only suitable for one small human and I would say is very uncomfortable for 2 people. The place should not be advertised that it sleeps 4. Conveniently located to drive to town and nice to be able to bring our dog.

My family rented this unit for a special weekend and were unable to make it due to illness. The host was very gracious when I asked for an alternate date that wouldn’t affect his rental potential. He gave us an alternate date , and although it did not fit into our plans in the end, he was willing to at least try to accommodate. It was appreciated.
