With excellent wifi and a workspace, it's also a great place to work from home. If you *must* go out, there are tons of cool shops and restaurants in nearby Irvington.

This home is one half of a duplex. Two bedrooms, one upstairs, both with queen-size 10" memory foam mattresses and an extra 8" memory foam full size bed! There is a sectional sofa in the living room and a 55" TV. The historic fireplace has been replaced with an electronic fireplace insert that also works as a heater, perfect for the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a great meal. There is a workspace in one of the bedrooms and one parking space in the back. There's abundant street parking or you can fit two or three cars in the driveway (they will block each other in).

Please note that there are stairs. And again, the bathroom is really small!!
