Welcome to Saguaro Sanctuary! Situated on a premium corner lot, this single-level home offers exquisite designer touches throughout. This home is meticulously maintained and filled with natural light The backyard greets you with a pristine heated pool (October - May with NO additional cost to heat), plentiful seating for dining, lounging, gas BBQ and a wood firepit. With only single story neighbors adjacent, you'll have plenty of privacy to enjoy the pool in peaceful surroundings.
Home includes a water softener and RO drinking water!

Nestled in to a quiet suburban neighborhood, this home is well suited to host longer stays for relocating families and snowbirds alike. We look forward to having you!

You'll enjoy easy access to the 202 freeway and it is a convenient distance from local gems like Agritopia for great dining, San Tan Village for fantastic shopping, Main Event for family fun & Riparian Preserve for nature walks.

The home is like new, has fine finishes and no detail has been left out, down to the heated pool and fruit producing trees (seasonally). It even boasts a water softener and RO drinking water!
