At Still Waters Cottage, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filled stay, private beach access just a short walk downhill to sandy shores, cornhole, family games, an outdoor scavenger hunt, and rock painting for our Joy Rock Garden. Whether you're looking to unwind or make memories with the kids, this is the perfect spot.
This cozy and updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath lake home is tucked inside a quiet gated community on Lake Sam Rayburn, just minutes from Umphrey Pavilion. With 1,446 sq ft of rustic charm and modern comfort, the home features a wood-burning fireplace, an open layout, and lake views from the fully enclosed porch complete with outdoor seating, a fan, and string lights.
Downstairs includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a dining area for six, and a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, cooking spices, and pantry essentials. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with a king bed and a nugget mattress for kids, a half bath, and two flex spaces—one with a reading area, the other with kids’ games and activities for rainy-day fun. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience.
With several boat ramps nearby, local restaurants, gas station and the dollar store less than 10 minutes away, and scenic hiking trails in Ebenezer Park at the entrance of the neighborhood, Still Waters is your peaceful escape for lake days, fishing, and unforgettable family moments.
