About 15 minutes to downtown Anchorage sites, parks and trails. Only about 35-minute drive to skiing, Alyeska spa and more. Plenty of room for RV parking. Ask owners if additional Parking is needed. Water available onsite. You won't regret your stay at this hidden Gem! Owners are lifelong Alaskans! There is no place like Alaska!
This superb rental features a luxury 2 bedrooms condo - one bedroom with a queen bed and single sofa sleeper. The second guest room has 1 queen sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and large vanity. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, desk, private deck, kitchen, BBQ, games, TV in all rooms and a washing/drying machine during your stay. Experience what Anchorage has to offer with a stay at our apartment.

Such a nice house. The lay out of everything was awesome. There was everything you would need and more. The owners of the property are really nice and helpful. Gave suggestions when we asked questions. The only downsides would be there is no A/C, which is pretty common in Anchorage. It was unfortunately a little warmer than normal when we were there. Therefore, it got hot at night when sleeping. Also, the house is right next to their personal home. Which was a little strange as far as privacy goes. It is also connected to a personal storage garage they own. We ran into their children a few times and could also hear them when they went in and out of the garage area. Outside of those things, I would add a blind by the kitchen doorway for more privacy. Felt strange that it could be seen from their upstairs into our place and that we could see into their home at night. Outside of those few things, it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to all. It was spotless and smelt really good and homelike when you walked in.

Amazing property! Felt like I was staying at a luxury condo. Everything was so new, fresh, and COMFORTABLE. My only “complaint” would be the traffic noise, but after a day of hiking ….. who cares? You fall right asleep in the comforts of the rental, too tired to care

Rental has everything you need and easy access with a car or taking Lyft to downtown area. Felt super safe there. Host is great at communicating. I’d definitely stay here again.
