Cool off with an ice cream cone, then your car out of the two provided parking spaces to explore the island. The free trolley stops right outside if you'd prefer not to drive!
End your day with a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool. Once you've dried off, step inside and use the kitchen to start working on dinner. If you went fishing, use the grill to cook up the day's catch! After you've enjoyed your meal, kick back in the living room with free WiFi and a Smart TV. There will be days when the weather conditions will not allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming and temperature recovery times will vary. No credit, discount and/or rate adjustment can be granted for items mentioned above or circumstances beyond our control.
Per the City Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are to be observed between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily. This includes noise at the pool area. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
