We had 7 in our family stay; there was enough room for privacy as well as enough room for togetherness. It was very quiet, well maintained, clean and very family friendly.

St Thomas Condo at the Elysian

Our week long stay at this condo was terrific. Everything was as described and we had zero issues to speak of. The condo’s proximity to red hook made eating dinner and getting groceries that much easier. Would definitely recommend staying here again

Outstanding condo in paradise!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed as a family of 4 to enjoy a week in St. Thomas. Bed were great, kitchen & family space was amazing, plenty of bathrooms. Their provided beach towels & in-unit washer/dryer were a major win, as we went to the beach and/or the pool every day. The condo is located at the top of the hill, so we got a glut workout walking to and from the pool, beach, and restaurants every day.

Great condo/location

The condo is great for families and friends. Well maintained and appointed. Close to beaches and many different restaurants. Beach nearby is small, but quiet and lovely for swimming. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future.

Place was great and well equipped! Nothing negative to say. Probably the best VRBO property we have ever rented. Would recommend to friends and family. The cloth on the 4 lounge chairs on the upper balcony have dried out from the sun and it is ripping.

Enjoyed our family vacation

The villa was very nice and as expected. We had plenty of laundry, dishwasher, toilet paper and dish soap. Did run out of paper towels though.Had a couple of questions and reached out to the on-site contact and he responded right away which was very helpful.The resort does offer beach towel service - pick up and drop off each day at the check-in desk - which was very nice.The beach at the resort didn't have the super blue water when we were there so didn't spend much time on the beach. Did enjoy the pool with the kids and tried both restaurants on site. Sangria restaurant was tasty and reasonable priced. The Fish Market was more "upscale" with it's pricing but didn't think the food was outstanding.It is very near Redhook which has quite a few shops, restaurants, marina, drug store and urgent care - which we visited. :)Overall we enjoyed our time at Elysian and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful Rental on the Beach and within Minutes of World Renowned Beaches.

My high school Sr. daughter said, “This is our best beach trip yet”. That says it all for me.We spent the mornings and evenings on the one of its many balconies. Watching as the waves lapped the shore below. We could have spent the trip on the property grounds, but wanted to try other restaurants and other beaches. We visited Red Hook each day to get food for breakfast and lunch. The rental had all the dishes and cookware we needed for meals. Great appliances, wolf and subzero. Very relaxing and comfortably decorated. Beach-Secret Harbor was about a 5 min drive, 10 min to Lindquist, 15 min to Coki, and 25 min to Magens beach. These are some of the best ranked beaches in the Caribbean. We easily avoided the cruise ship crowds based by visiting parks and public free beaches. Food in Red Hook is great if you don’t want to cook at home. We especially liked Agave (Mexican), Raw (Sushi), and Pesce (Italian).The VBRO was clean and stocked with items one would find in a hotel stay (towels, soap, shampoo, etc). Checkin and checkout were super simple and easy to understand.Communication with the property owner and owner service were great. We needed very little support. But if we had questions, they were easily accessible by email and chat.With respect to St Thomas, the island was wonderful. The rental is on the East side (opposite side from the airport and cruise ship port). Many of the nicest beaches are on the Eastern side of the island near the rental.

Perfect spot!

We absolutely loved this condo. My husband and I went with two other couples and it was the perfect spot. Loved the views, the condo is clean, and appliances are top of the line. The distance from Red Hook is extremely convenient. We rented a car and frequently took the 3-4 minute drive over for groceries, shopping, and restaurants.

Nice property

We went with 2 other couples. We had never stayed in St. Thomas so everything was new to us. We booked this property based on the reviews given and they were very accurate. Close to red Hook… close to the ferry… we rented a car. Driving on the left side of the road was a little hairy at times but we managed it. The restaurant on the property was amazing…. Caribbean Fish Market. Staff was excellent. The restaurant by the water was amazing as well. The staff was super friendly. The stairs are tough so being in shape will help… Lol… But I think they had golf carts that can run you around as well. We played tennis on the tennis courts too. We had a great time!

Best places stay at at St. Thomas

It was so convenient to get around and resort was beautiful as well. It’s the perfect place and spot to stay if you’re planning on coming to St. Thomas and maybe Island hopping for a day or so to St. John. The condo is comfortable and spacious and clean and was the right place for me and my friends and family to stay and celebrate my 40s birthday. Andrew who is the point of contact was always in contact and was pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend this location to anyone

A great property

Family of 4 adults vacationing December 2021. This was our first time staying on Island and this three bedroom unit appeared to check all of the boxes. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to find everything exactly as advertised. Self check in instructions were easy and clear. The unit is very well equipped with everything you would ever need. The main floor has the kitchen/living area with a balcony with seating for six to enjoy meals outside if you prefer. Two of the bedrooms are also on this floor and each has a full bath and private balcony with seating. Upstairs has a bedroom, full bath, and large rooftop deck with grill and seating. All of the bedding was comfortable. Large Tv's in every room plus Apple TV for streaming. WiFi was decent and I found decent 5g T-Mobile coverage in most areas. The complex has a Tennis court, pool, hot tub, A breakfast/lunch restaurant and a nice Dinner restaurant with a bar. There is a beach rental equipment booth on site where you can rent and plan some water sports. We did snorkel one day there but you can do multi day rentals. The beach is nice and we never felt crowded. The pool was nice and it also never felt crowded. I would suggest bug spray for the beach. There are some tiny flea like bugs that bite. Not uncommon on the island but we found that here more than other beaches. If you rent a car there are parking spaces readily available. If not taxis are either waiting in the lot or will be there quickly. Taxis charge per person. I suggest a car rental which will allow more freedom. The closest shopping/Dining is only a five minute ride away in Red Hook. There is a small grocery store and several dining options. The ferry terminal is also here. There are a few shops but not that much shopping. Once in town everything is in walking distance. The entire rental experience was flawless. We never once had to contact management but they did leave several contacts in the event we did need anything.

Great property!!

The property was in excellent condition and accurately described in the listing. The photos are very accurate to what you will find. The booking and check in instructions were very easy, accurate and helpful. The condo has everything you would need. Every appliance, and kitchen product you might use. All of the beds were comfortable. We rented the unit for a full week. It was our first time being to St Thomas other than a cruise. Car rentals were expensive and hard to find so we just used taxi's. If I were to do it over I would suggest a car rental as a family of four using the taxi's can get a little pricey. The Taxi's are easy and quick. There are normally some waiting in the complex. The complex is well maintained and the beach was quiet and enjoyable. The pool was nice as well and we never had a problem getting a chair. They have a booth where you can plan some water sports and rent snorkeling gear right on the beach. The restaurant and bar on property are excellent. Red Hook is about a five minute car ride away. There is a small grocery store and some great restaurants and bars. A few small shops. The ferry to St John is also in this town. It is a great area of the Island to be located. Lots of activities are close by. From the unit there are some stairs to get to the beach/pool. Just a couple minutes walk. The wifi worked fine and each tv had cable and an Apple TV streaming device. I also had reliable T-Mobile coverage throughout the complex and island. A great property in a great area. Thank you.

Amazing Property

This place was stunning, clean, great location (beach on site and pool are amazinggggg), close to Red Hook which has a ton of great places to eat. The rooms were beautiful. Small details over looked, gas grill was locked up and is listed as an amenity, no plastic cups to use for the beach or pool, listing lists beach towels (there were none), the electronics are complicated (luckily were millennials HAHA!), the pool key didnt work but a maintenance man on site hooked us up with a new one, a welcome book with instructions would be helpful to people. Property manager never answered emails prior to arrival so I could confirm these small details, nor did I feel they'd answer my emails while we were there (since they didn't before) so we just did without. But it was fine, the small details did not over shadow the overall trip. Overall - I would 100% rent this place again though, especially now knowing what I do and do not have access to, and what I need to bring with me. We had an amazing trip, 4 women aged around 30. The balconies are great, the property is great, the unit itself is stunning, and oh gosh St. Thomas WOW! I will be a frequent visitor, I cannot compliment it enough.

Fantastic beach condo

We really enjoyed this condo. From the high end appliances and kitchen to the amazing views, we enjoyed every second. I highly recommend this condo. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

The condo is beautiful!! The owner went above and beyond. The photos really don't do it justice. It was very clean. The property is amazing! There are two great restaurants on the property. I will look for this unit when I go back. The only thing I think missing is a manual to help operate everything.

Great Place

This property was really nice. They’ve spent a great deal of effort after the hurricanes retrofitting the place. They spent more on appliances than I did on my car. The resort is still recovering though. Lots of construction going on. But it’ll be back soon. The pool is totally restored. The restaurant is really good too. Proximity to Red Hook is a bonus.

Stunning!

This property is more than one could ask for! Beautiful limestone flooring, new woodwork that still has the fresh wood smell, and state-of-the-art appliances. The house sound in the living room works more than well. And with the walls being solid, sound was NOT an issue. We even had remodeling going on in the property below, just about all day every day of the week, and none of us had trouble sleeping through the noise. Very impressive! The beds, pillows, and blankets were so comfortable it was difficult to get out of bed, even in paradise. The restrooms were clean and comfortable. The photos may give the impression certain bathrooms are with certain rooms, so the master bedroom has the restroom with the blue tile, and the upstairs double bed restroom has the fish tile in the shower. The master balcony chairs are awesome by the way! Very comfortable outdoor set. The property was very clean upon arrival, and had all the amenities one needs to upkeep during their stay. All the kitchen utensils and pots and pans made it easy to cook all the fish and lobster we caught with Tyler, Matt, and Jonathan of Double Header Fishing Charters for our party of six. Fiance and I could easily see ourselves living in this property. The bar and restaurant on the beach was also great. Service was hit or miss, but the food was outstanding. They have an excellent brunch on Sundays with a live jazz band. The pool still wasn't ready to be open during our week's stay, but rebuilding of the island after the hurricanes of last year was evident. It was truly great to see the Islands alive with the Locals rebuilding what is theirs. This property is very close to Red Hook, which was a lot of fun during the days and nights. We discovered Moe's Grocery after asking some locals about not finding everything we needed at Discount Food Center. With a large party, we would recommend picking up some extra toilet paper and paper towels at the store. Other than that, the property is close enough to anything you might need or want to do, even driving across the island to Magens Bay didn't take as long as the GPS says. Overall, the property and experience took our breath away. The property was a gorgeous addition to an already exotic vacation. Our friends have traveled the world and were thoroughly impressed. We're already planning another trip back to the USVI, and will certainly look at dates for this place. Shout out to Andrew for the killer property with a killer location!! Cheers!

Vacation done right

Just finished up 8 great days in this outstanding Condo. The property is everything the pictures claim it to be. Due to continuing cleanup from the hurricanes a year ago, the resort itself was not open, yet the grounds crews and bar/restaurant were up and running. We nearly had the whole resort to ourselves and it was great. Everything was top of the line and ready the minute we walked in. Easy access to Red Hook for night life, shopping, charter boats and restocking. Stay here and you will not want to leave. Thanks Andrew, we would not consider staying anywhere else on our next visit!

Absolutely Wonderful (07/12-07/20/2017)

Our stay at your condo was absolutely wonderful. The condo was clean, spacious and very well equipped with all of the necessities. There were 5 adults and 2 children and we had more than enough space for everyone. The condo was also very convenient to Red Hook which made our day trips to St. John very easy. Also, there were lots of choices for restaurants in the Red Hook area. The onsite restaurants were very nice. The staff on site were all very friendly. I would definitely rent this condo again in the future, I hope it will be very soon. Thank you Andrew for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. The Smith Family Lawrenceville, Georgia
