Settle in to your own private 3-bedroom Austin home — three real bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and room for everyone to spread out without stepping on each other. Built for longer stays, working trips, event weekends, and families who want a real home base instead of a hotel.

The primary bedroom has a king bed; bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults in real beds, up to 10 total. Every bedroom has blackout shades, and the layout gives each guest a quiet place to land at the end of the day.

The home is set up for working trips and longer stays. You'll find a dedicated workspace with a real desk and ergonomic chair, fast Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps), a full kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony. Free parking is included on site.

Our focus is the home itself. We personally inspect linens, kitchen, and bathrooms before every check-in, and we respond fast if anything needs attention during your stay — typically within minutes during the day, within an hour overnight. The community also has a pool, gym, and sport courts that guests are welcome to use.

The location is hard to beat — 10 minutes to UT campus, 10 minutes to downtown Austin, 12 minutes to Austin-Bergstrom Airport, and 15 minutes to South Congress. The complex itself is quiet and residential.

The property was in excellent condition upon arrival. It's always a worry when traveling how good the sleeping arrangements will be, but the beds were amazing. Granted, it got a little noisy outside with the kids and music, but it was a holiday weekend and they were respectful of the time of night. Overall, a good stay.

We rented both the upper and lower units for our two-family trip to Austin. The hosts, Chase and Kayla, were wonderful to communicate with — very fast, friendly, and responsive. They allowed early check-in, which was a huge help after our morning arrival. When we had an issue with the heat, they handled it quickly and even provided a 50 DoorDash gift card, which we truly appreciated.Both units were clean and the location was great, with an easy drive to downtown and no issues in the community. However, several things didn’t match the expectations set by the listing photos, which made the stay feel less polished than anticipated.A few notes for future guests: the master bathroom outlets didn’t work; only three coffee pods were provided and there were no coffee mugs; pots and pans were very limited and worn with peeling coating; Wi-Fi details weren’t clearly posted; the TV required setup; furnishings were clean but felt inexpensive; and amenity access (game room, etc.) wasn’t explained. The property is part of a well-loved apartment community, which differs from the more “vacation rental” feel of the photos. Checkout instructions were only sent after prompting the day before; it appears they typically send them the morning of checkout, but receiving them earlier would be much more helpful.The hosts were genuinely kind and responsive, and with restocked basics, clearer instructions, and a few updates, these units could easily provide a five-star experience.
