Enjoy your stay in East Nashville's historic neighborhood Gra Mar Acres. This is a basement suite with your own private entrance. Enjoy this newly renovated, clean, and peaceful suite. Feel like you're in the countryside while being less than 15 min away from the Gulch, Vanderbilt, & the Airport; 10 min from downtown, Lower Broadway, & Nissan Stadium; 5 min to the Opry; & even less to some of Nashville's finest restaurants and venues.

We offer a keurig with pods and a small refrigerator. It is important to note that we do not have a microwave or a kitchen.

We provide Ginger Lilly Farms Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner which is paraben and sulfate free. There is also a water filter for you to use so you don't need to buy bottled water for your stay.

While our family does live upstairs, you have sole occupancy of the guest suite. A state-of-the-art sound machine is provided with your accommodations as a precaution. We will do our best to keep things quiet and peaceful during our quiet hours of 8pm - 8am, and ask that guests respect our quiet hours as well. We do have a dog and a child. While the space above the suite is empty, it is a 70-year old house with original hardwood floors upstairs, so you will hear noise during the day. If you want to sleep all day, this may not be the best place for you. We just want to over-communicate so there are no surprises for you, to ensure you have a wonderful stay!

High speed internet and a Smart TV are provided with access to all of your favorite streaming apps. A magnetic wireless phone charger is also provided.

Two private parking spots directly next to the entrance of the guest suite are available for the guests throughout their stay. Guests will also have access to our fire pit that looks out over our beautiful, 1-acre wooded backyard. While by the fire you may even see some of our neighborhood friends - deer, turkey, owls, and foxes have all been known to swing by from time to time.
