This property requires a minimum $500 security deposit and will be collected separately by property prior to check-in. Guests are also required to sign Hollow & Hill's property rental agreement with the house rules. The main house rules are:
- No parties or live music
- No more than maximum cars or guests allowed for specified property
- No smoking
- No pets unless stated otherwise in the listing
- No illegal activity
We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance if you think there's a chance you will need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds for weather or natural disasters or other situations included in our rental agreement.
