Holiday in style at Streamside Lodge—a beautiful Stowe home!
Inside, an ample mudroom and entry walk through to a sleek kitchen any chef or foodie would enjoy—a six burner range, floor to ceiling cupboards and pantry, and large waterfall island complete with plush bar seating for guests to linger a little longer! The adjacent dining area has a handsome table ready to be set for gathering and celebrating friendships and family. A covered deck is accessible through the large sliding doors. The living room features cathedral ceilings, artistic lighting, massive windows looking out to the backyard and woodland beyond, and deep, cozy sofas perfectly placed in front of the modern gas fireplace. A sliding barn door leads to a den set up for comfort and relaxation with a sofa and TV.
The primary bedroom suite is privately tucked away on the main level and features a luxurious bed, a walk-in closet, and a gorgeous bathroom with an extra deep soaking tub, roomy glass fronted shower, and double vanity sinks—you may want to stay a while! Two more beautiful and equally sized bedrooms share a bathroom on the upper level. The lower level is home to the fourth bedroom—an awesome hang out for kids with two twin over double beds and lots of room to play. This level has a bathroom complete with a stunning sauna, a second den area with sectional couch and TV, and recreation space with Golden Tee Fore! arcade game. Outside, the patio leads to a private hot tub!
Streamside Lodge is situated in Wildewood, Stowe's newest community. Just off the Mountain Road (Rte. 108) and accessed through a quintessential covered bridge, Wildewood is an idyllic retreat for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Community perks include access to the seasonal in-ground pool, the recreational pond for summer fishing or winter ice skating, a tennis court, and the Catamount trail network, which connects to the Trapp Family outdoor center, a mecca for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Nearby, Stowe's five-mile-long recreation path winds south down to the village, while Stowe Mountain Resort sits just a few miles up the road.
Top bunks are not suitable for adults.
One pet is permitted on a case-by-case basis, with pre-approval during the booking process. An additional pet fee and addendum is required.
Winter in Vermont brings snow, icy roads, and occasional storms. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended to book this property. Please drive carefully and ensure your vehicle is properly equipped for winter conditions.
