The outdoor space is made for relaxing and gathering, with a private heated saltwater pool, a full outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and pizza oven, and a large deck with multiple lounge and dining areas. A swing set and fire pit add to the inviting atmosphere, while a second-story balcony offers a quiet spot to unwind.

Inside, the open-concept living space is filled with natural light and features a well-equipped kitchen with premium appliances, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a dining area ideal for meals at home. The home also includes fast Wi-Fi, TVs throughout, dedicated workspaces, a gym with cardio equipment and weights, and a finished lower level with a TV area and play space for kids. The residence is exclusively available through Rove Travel with the guaranteed lowest rate. After booking, you will coordinate directly with the property's manager for your stay. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

For security purposes, there are cameras in the wine cellar and in the garage.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security Deposit Policy:
A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
