Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus street parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the home only. Please do not use any other street parking areas.

• Stairs: Stairs are required in this home.

• Security: One exterior security camera is located at the front door and monitors the front entrance only.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Local parks and recreation: Within about a 5-minute drive you’ll find the Rosewood Neighborhood Park pool and splash pad, Kealing Park, the Pan Am Recreation Center, Boggy Creek Park trails, and Lott Pocket Park. Seasonal hours may apply for the pool and splash pad.
