Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2 bedroom 2.5 bath new home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. One block away from Lady Bird Lake where you can easily walk to all of the hot spots in Austin. South Congress, 6th Street, Rainey Street and downtown Austin. One block off of East Cesar Chavez where you have access to many highly acclaimed restaurants. This home was built in December 2022 has one parking space onsite with street parking also available.

Perfect location! Everything was neat and clean. We loved walking to Lady Bird Lake everyday with our pup. The close proximity to downtown Austin was very convenient.

We really enjoyed it. I didn’t realize it had a half bath downstairs. It was a nice walk to the lake. We brought our dog & they even had dog treats out.

Loved the location of the house- close proximity to several great food options in the area. The host was so accommodating and friendly with prompt responses to any questions I had. The house was modern, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. Looking forward to returning and staying here.

Beautiful property

Absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and loved the shower. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home away from home. I love that it was pet friendly and close to all of the popular places in Austin! I went for my birthday trip with my friends and the house was a perfect match for just us! Very homey and well stocked for any situation. We will definitely book again maybe during a girls weekend out on the town again!

This is an absolutely beautiful home! We enjoyed resting and relaxing by the pool and on the beautiful patio. The backyard is turf which made it easy to pick up after our dog and prevent big messes after the pool. The showers and beds are luxury!Beautiful home 20 mins or less away from everything so grateful for the restful weekend!

Best stay ever

Nickie's brand new, gorgeous home was exactly what we had hoped for and more! We'd originally booked for 3 nights but added a 4th because we didn't want to leave. The home was in the perfect location, just a short walk to lake trails, wonderful restaurants and a plethora of fun things to do. The house was expertly appointed, super comfortable and the private pool in the backyard was such an added bonus. The space just felt so good and we can't wait to go back.

Clean and close to everything

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have the best weather, so it was nice to have a comfortable and private place to relax. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. After staying in many rental houses our main concern is always the cleanliness, this was the cleanest rental we have ever experienced. Much appreciated!! And a great bonus was the amazing smoothie place right around the corner.
