MAIN FLOOR

- Full kitchen with gas stovetop, wall oven, multiple methods to make coffee, baking sheets, and a large fridge and freezer.

- Dining table has eight plush chairs to enjoy meals together.
- The entire open space has wall to wall views of the Pacific Ocean. The sunsets are often dramatic and picturesque (and they seem to last for hours). You can occasionally see whale spouts or bald eagles if you bring binoculars.
- One main floor bedroom for those that prefer not to go up and down the stairs. Oversized ensuite bathroom, queen bed, and 55" TV.
- Game room with poker table, board games, poker chips, and books. Overlooks the ocean and would be a great space to work from.

UPSTAIRS
- North bedroom is a true primary suite with ensuite bathroom, built-in desk, and large sitting room. Sitting room contains a sleeper couch making it possible to accommodate younger children, a pack 'n' play, or another adult in the space.
- Middle bedroom has a queen bed and a dedicated bathroom across the hall.
- South bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a small sitting nook that looks outside.
- Washer and dryer are available in the hallway at the top of the stairs.

There is a small patch of forest between Seascape House and Boiler Bay, and miles of forest to the east. Great location for photographers and nature lovers! Bald eagles live in the forest next to us and we often fall asleep to the sounds of owls hooting.
