● Beach access: Just a two minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Blue Haven offers a comfortable layout perfect for families or groups. The detached downstairs area, a welcoming living area features a full-size sofa bed for extra guests, a smart TV for movie nights, and two sets of full-over-full bunk beds. A full bathroom adds convenience to this floor.

Upstairs, the heart of the home unfolds. A cozy living room seamlessly blends into a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for meals. Catch up on the day`s adventures on another smart TV while enjoying meals together. Two comfortable bedrooms await: one featuring a luxurious king bed for a restful night`s sleep, the other boasting a plush queen bed. The second full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

Step outside onto the charming front porch and soak up the fresh air in a deck chair. After a day of fun in the sun, the expansive backyard offers the perfect space for creating lasting memories. Fire up the BBQ pit and gather around the picnic table for a delicious cookout under the stars. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
