Unwind and gather around the propane fire pit, or enjoy a barbecue on the outdoor grill. With space for up to 12 guests, it’s the perfect setting for a trip to Yosemite. Please note there are 3 homes on the 40 acres.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

✦ There are three homes located on this 40 acre property. Please ensure you are at the correct home before entering.
✦ Sound travels far, and although we sit on 40 acres, please be respectful of quiet hours and our neighbors.
✦ We suggest bringing a 4x4 or chains in the winter (October-March)
✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge
✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments
✦ We are out in nature resulting in wildlife and critters that are occasionally around the property. This can include lizards, turkey's, skunks. bears, deer etc. For your safety and to protect local wildlife, please remove all food items from your vehicle and keep doors securely closed at all times. Bears and other wildlife can be attracted to food smells.
✦ The road to the house is narrow and the home feels somewhat remote. For some guests, the home can be hard to find. You must read the guidebook instructions and ensure you have made it to the right place!
✦ Please be aware that landscaping and exterior maintenance services are scheduled every other Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. During this time, you may hear some noise around the property.
