Beautiful Accommodations and Property if you want Peaceful this is the place! Has all you need, everything close by and don't forget to get your crabs! They were big, meaty and we enjoyed them! Would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful time! The host was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking tremendously. The location was perfect for our dog as there was a quiet neighborhood to walk him. We will definitely be booking this apartment again!

It’s a beautiful property. It was very clean. Great place for couples. Owner was very great with everything. Especially communication. We plan to come back and stay again. Hopefully a little longer next time.

The entire place was very clean, cozy and quiet. The backyard was very peaceful sitting at the edge of the water. We very much enjoyed our time there as did our mini golden doodle. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay. Lodging was lovely and clean and has all one needs…Very well appointed. Extremely peaceful atmosphere and sits right on the Elk river. Street feels residential, not transient…although I am guessing there are other rental properties on the street. (River Road) Nice street to take a little stroll. Host Cindy was very friendly and communicated well. Chesapeake City is about 10 min. away…Charming town with some quaint shops, river tours, night life and restaurants. Highly recommend this lodging for R&R.

This property was just what we needed. It was tastefully decorated, beautifully landscaped, and marvelously private. We enjoyed the kayaks, relaxing in the gazebo, on the patio, and on the lawn. It was perfect for a couple looking to get away for a few. Everything as pictured, and hostess was quick to get back to me.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for several days and had a fantastic stay. The property was spotless and we loved spending our time on the comfortable seating outside gazing at the water and the incredible sunsets. We cannot wait to come back again!

Excellent location, nice accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay here, the unit was really nicely furnished and the view to the water was awesome. Many reachable points of interest within a short drive (our focus was breweries).

Had a fabulous stay at Cozy Oasis! The apartment was so comfortable, cozy and incredibly clean. A quiet location with lots of privacy. Cindy was an amazing hostess, easy to get ahold of and so kind. Would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect quiet community feels like you are away for it all but accessible to anything you may want or need.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The apartment is fully equipment with everything you could want but a dishwasher. Furniture is modern and comfortable and the environment is well kept. There has been much effort taken in the development of the landscaping to provide inviting plush spaces surrounded by flowering trees, annuals and perennials. There's a peach tree and an asian pear in the front and in the many potted plants I try to keep herbs to share. Home like setting with multiple outdoor sitting areas for reading or peaceful bird watching.
