Perfect for families or small groups looking to relax and explore Cape Cod. Unwind in comfort after a day at the beach — your Cape escape awaits!

Get ready to relax in this well-equipped 3-bedroom home. With a king bed, queen bed, full-size bed, and twin trundle, there’s plenty of space for families or small groups. Enjoy reliable WiFi and a convenient in-unit washer/dryer. There are two full bathrooms — one ensuite with a bathtub/shower combo and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, unwind on the private backyard patio with a grill, fire pit, and outdoor shower — perfect after a day at the beach.

Take all trash out! Pickup is Saturday at 6am – please roll barrels to the curb Friday night Use the yellow-lidded barrel outside and the kitchen pull-out bin left of the stove for mixed recyclables
Please put beach towels in and start the washer before you leave

Fantastic stay in South Yarmouth! The house was more than big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. House was well stocked with cookware and beach gear, and was a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean.Had all of the best appliances and pots and pans.Furniture a little out dated.Would like to see new mattresses in the spair rooms.would definitely rent again.
