-Fully stocked kitchen/coffee bar (Keurig + regular coffee pot + french press) - we provide syrups, sugar, and coffee filters, but do not provide coffee.
-Dining area with seating for 6 + bar seating for 3 additional
-Bedroom #1 w/ king bed + en suite bath (bathroom #1)
-Bedroom #2 w/ two queen beds
-Bedroom #3 w/ king bed + twin bunk beds

Guest House:

Shampoo/body soap/conditioner, towels, and a couple of starter rolls of toilet paper are provided in each bathroom. We also have a hair dryer.
Laundry supplies can be found in the laundry closet, along with basic cleaning supplies and beach towels.
There are two first aid kits

Children Amenities: There is a high chair and a pack n' play located We also have kids dishes/utensils in the kitchen.
Other: Central air, central heat in the main house
There is a mini-split in the guest house.
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the driveway for 5+ cars. There is no garage.
Guests have full access to the house and yard. Guests do not have access to the storage garage located next to the house.

The house is on a gravel road that can be muddy when it rains. It should not be a problem for any type of vehicle to navigate the road. You will need to travel on the gravel road for about 1/2 mile to reach the house.
Please note: The house is located very close to the Indiana/Michigan state line, which is the time zone line. The house is in the Eastern time zone. Check-in/check-out times are based on the Eastern time zone.
Please note: There is a train track down the road. You can hear the train horn from the house as it approaches the road. This is very common in New Buffalo as many trains go through the area.
