Rest and relax at this local designer inspired and fully remodeled exclusive Tempe home –minutes from parks, hiking, restaurants and shopping! Indulge and soak in the sun surrounded with sparkling pool in the resort like private backyard w/BBQ. Great open floorplan for family enjoyment with all the amenities. Huge yard, RV Parking with 30Amp hookup! 2 ensuite master bedrooms with access to the back yard. Close to freeway access to tour the Valley of the Sun! We support equality!
The private swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees during the colder months between November and March at no additional cost to the guests. If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees, pool temperature may drop below the set temperature. Also, weekly pool service and landscaping service will need access to the backyard.
