UPON CHECK IN:
-Report damages and anything in non-working condition as soon as you arrive- a simple message to Victoria via the platform messenger will be suffice.

-Please treat our home and amenities with the same respect you would your own

-The garage is locked as well as the upstairs storage room and is not accessible to guests

NOISE/PARTIES:
-No smoking and no recreational or illegal drug use whatsoever on the property. Any evidence of smoke in the home after check out will be subject to a $300 fine and any guests found to be partaking in illegal drug use while still inhabiting the home will be removed immediately, no refund will be issued and possible legal ramifications will ensue

-Parties are not allowed under any circumstances unless prior notice and permission is given such as a family gathering, large birthday, signifiant event, etc. All must be cleared by the host prior to booking

-Respect the neighbors: it is very important that noise levels are kept reasonable in the outdoor areas after 9pm. If there are any complaints we may not be able to continue hosting in the future and any repeated noise complaints will result in removal from property

PETS:
We’re happy to host your furry friends!
That being said, pets must be approved before entering the home. Please be aware that for your safety and ours, we have cameras on the property, therefore if pets are brought in without consent from the host, there will be a $250 fine and depending on the circumstances all guests may be removed from the property without a refund.

There’s a $75 pet fee per dog — if you’re bringing more than one, just let us know so we can adjust the total. We provide a large orthopedic dog bed, a standing water bowl, and a few treats to help them feel right at home.

We kindly ask that pets stay off the beds and furniture. If there’s excessive pet hair or muddy paw prints on beds/couches, or mud on the floors a $50 cleaning fee per room will apply.

Please note: the yard is not fenced, and the town has a leash law. For your convenience, we’ve included a 30 ft. heavy-duty dog run with a 360° rotating stake so they can still enjoy the outdoors safely.
